Terms

Practical ground rules for using the Campbell site and service materials.

These terms are a plain-English baseline for website use, fit-call scheduling, and general pre-engagement materials. Client-specific work should still be governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, or similar agreement.

Website Use

The site is informational until a real engagement is agreed in writing

Informational materials

Public pages, fit-call materials, case studies, and proposal examples are for informational and business-development purposes. They are not a binding offer unless specifically confirmed in writing.

No automatic engagement

Booking a call, submitting a form, or receiving outreach does not create a client relationship by itself.

Custom scope matters

Every implementation depends on workflow detail, data quality, system constraints, approvals, and real business rules. General website language cannot substitute for a scoped agreement.

Protected materials

Unless otherwise noted, the site copy, templates, and collateral are Campbell materials and should not be republished as your own.

Important Disclaimers

The work is workflow, automation, and implementation support, not formal legal or tax advice

  • Campbell does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice unless explicitly engaged and qualified to do so through the right licensed parties.
  • Automation recommendations should be reviewed against your own legal, compliance, security, and procurement requirements before launch.
  • AI-assisted systems can still make mistakes. Sensitive workflows should keep human review, approval, and rollback paths where appropriate.
  • Third-party software, model, storage, scheduling, or email costs are separate unless explicitly included in a signed scope.

Pricing and Delivery

Fit calls are free; strategy and implementation are paid

Discovery and strategy

Campbell uses a fit-call-first model, with paid strategy, audit, or architecture work before larger implementation where appropriate.

Fixed-fee implementation

Quoted pricing is typically fixed-fee and scoped around a defined workflow, deliverable set, and implementation boundary. Anything broader should be clarified in writing.

Outbound Communications

Campbell may use email for business development and follow-up

If Campbell reaches out by email, the intent is business development around workflow and automation services. Recipients can ask not to receive future marketing messages, and Campbell’s outreach system is intended to suppress those addresses going forward.
